Yes, on simple analysis, RED seems a undervalued, especially when one looks at the anomalous market cap of GMD (compared to RED).
GMD up 1.9%, MC A$ 2.361bn, 140k oz p.a. vs RED down 2.3%, MC A$ 2.431bn 445k oz p.a. .... it does not compute IMHO.
But the market is (mostly) always right .... so whats going on ?? Perhaps all will be revealed next week at Diggers&Dealers ??
With the A$POG at an all-time (end of day close) high, it seems that the general pessimism has selectively infected RED.
NST is up, so big golds are benefitting from record gold prices ....
Lets hope LT's delivers a block buster D&D presentation in his new role as the RED man.
