You are right : "Should not" and yet RED has indeed fallen to 35 cents (!) far, very far from the predictions, or even the assertions of certain experts who spoke of 50 - 60 cents after the merger... Experts who have been silent for some time (except to attack those who dare to point out this abnormal drop...) and who clearly have no explanation for this fall, just like the market which is waiting for news from RED's senior management, who are just as silent !
