Do you know who the Senior staff member is? If the CFO then we could be getting a much higher take over offer very soon. 40-50 cents is very likely. Find it interesting why shareholders would sell today at .27 cents when the best in the share price has yet to come? Maybe just day traders. Silly if anyone else when there is a lot more upside in the share price to come in the short term.
