WE should get the significant share holder notice either this coming Friday or Monday pending how they view the trades after hours on Friday being 5 business days from last Friday or today? I would think it has been orchestrated to be next Monday. In my opinion I reckon who ever this off-shore buyer is they have picked up 25% of RED 5 Shares in the last couple of days trading. They will wanting to get as close to 50% holding or higher to make a higher takeover offer.
Which is why we could see another buyer enter the race over the next week or two so the current buyers don't get too much of a percentage share holding.
Next couple of weeks is going to be very exciting for the current share holders.
