Todays release of the "Rising Stars Conference" presentation is apt - RED is a rising star thats become a mid tier rock star.
Several themes have been emphasised:
1. Solid performance at 5.5mtpa+ / AISC A$1850-2000 has become the base case, with an upside bias.
2. based on current known resources, backed up by outstanding additional drilling results the KOTH OP&UG have a 15yr+ LOM assured, and at the margins, KOTH's ore bodies remain "open in all directions".
3. Darlot continues to surprise to the upside, and once again confirms what an outstanding geo's RED has.
4. The exciting addition prospects nearby, not only ensure KOTH a long life, but offer the prospect of accelerated production of current resources, while not compromising longevity of KOTH. All of the above means that RED"s internal organic growth potential is substantial and not in the SP?
5. KOTH allure as a "regional consolidation centre" prospect is more solid than ever, with exceptional cost effective "expandability".
6. What KOTH needs / requires from M&A partners is high grade ore to blend with RED's for high profits - RED has decades of modest grade available, and hence the only thing worth trucking is high grade - low grade ore that doesn't have a mill is totally uneconomic.

The POG is at a "hover point" like RED, and now that RED performance is settled and solid, the POG remains the main determinant variable.
RED, despite the lavish amounts of lipstick is no longer a pig, but a princess looking for a grand marriage of mutual convenience and benefit.
30c looks solid support, 35c is near resistance - a break above this, with volume would be very very interesting, but not imminent IMHO.
