If you will, when they talk about "cash and bullion in hand" (or whatever the expression is, the sum is about $45M at present) do they mean everything that is mined and in process or do they mean bars of gold in the safe??
I understand contingencies but for an operating mine, that looks like a lot of money lying idle?
