Can someone please help and maybe teach ALL of us along the way.

How do you calculate what a share price should be based on the two books we currently have. SLR have X shares and the company is valued @ $Y B dollars and RED have W shares and the company is valued at $Z B dollars. Therefore, company XYZ is valued at $ABC and have DEF shares on issue which should be $X.xx per share. Hope that makes sense.

When you bring them altogether, what is the mathematics of the theoretical share value?

I just can't quite get all the pieces together in my pea-brain - one of my three brain cells is taking respite after all this thinking.

I have tried looking up how to do this calculation but have not found anything that is solid and understandable. At a certain level, it seems common sense.

    Thanks
