Here's my guess.
SLR have 960M shares for a market value of $970M,
Red have 3.5 B shares for a market value $1.09B
SLR holders are getting 3.434 RED share for every SLR share so that's another 3.3B extra RED shares so a total of 6.8B shares for a combined market cap of just under $2 Billion.
$2B -/- 6.8b shares = $0.295
Whether that's undervalued given the assets - I have no idea.
