Hi Joe,
I must admit that I had not heard of either of those bottles (vin rouge and Piper Heidsieck) I have discovered they are around the price point I drink at. Veuve and Moet (the cheap version) mainly because I am used to the taste. Another I like but harder to get is NicolasFeuillatte (sic?)
