At least they are giving any potential outsider time for the opportunity to put in a higher bid for either company. You wonder what games are being played at present on Red 5 share price as it's in SLR interest to have a much higher Red 5 share price as makes it harder for another bid to come in as they would need to pay more and as I mentioned before keeping Red 5 Share price around 36 cents tells me maybe someone is in the wind waiting for the right moment to place a higher offer as in my opinion the share price is defiantly being manipulated at present.
