The SLR Forum seems to be dominated by a few shortsighted traders. I suspect their sitting on losses since SLR's SP has been in Decline since July 2020 and it only started its latest reversal last September when they bought their 11% of RED5. Most of them appear reluctant to acknowledge that it was that acquisition that reversed the direction of the SP and continue to blame Tonkin and the RED5 merger for their SP not trading at $1.50 to $2 or higher which is a little comical. If they fail to get this merger through, I would think their SP will head down again. I know that I will be dumping my SLR shares that I'm holding as a RED5 dilution hedge (hopefully still at a profit) and I'm sure I won't be alone doing so. That's not investment advice , just my thoughts.
