If one looks at the conservative target price back in September (5 months ago) of $0.39 by Paterson, then GRR should hit 40 cents pretty soon (and significantly and progressively higher in 2010).
In september then nobody has the faintest idea of what IO pellet benchmark pricing with be in 2010. Southdown will increasingly feature in the papers for the PR to generate market interests.
Unlike many magnetite minnows (some may have larger reserves - but still chasing JV partners, financing and with regulatory hurdles to overcome), GRR with Shagang has everything in place to develop Southdown and drawing upon decades of experience from Savage river.
As we experience a global recovery, GRR as a proven producers with real revenue and a strong Chinese backer will outperform.
