I believe that the current sp is less then 50% of what this company is actually worth. I estimate around 69c.

The only thing holding it back is huge debt & very poor traffic forecasts. The orignal traffic forecasts are a disgrace.

If traffic numbers can keep improving or atleast stay stable then I dont think we are to far away from reaching 40c - Atleast by years end.
