I also note that if they intend to do a capital raise it will be only 10% of the capital issued as per the resolutions in the annual general meeting notice. For what ever reason they believe they can continue operations in the next 12 months with a smallish capital raise. I can afford a capital raise but holders who can't, i believe can take comfort that the company over the next 12 months won't be raped and pillaged by a massive dilution. In saying that I agree with most holders until they show the goods a pay increase should be out of the question.
