These shares were issued on 29 January 2011 to the vendors of the mining lease at Cerro Curunday (Mineroil Energy SAC and Grupo Pegasus SA).
The lease was sold to Promesa for a consideration of $1m and the issue of 40 million Promesa shares escrowed for 12 months till 29 January 2012 and 40 million Promesa options also escrowed for 12 months to 29 January 2012.
