Lucapa has spent around 40 million on the lulo concession,yet the market cap is only 23 million with no added value for the concession.
How can lulo be worth nothing?
Who sold over 31 million shares in one sale?,this would have to be a top 5 holder or maybe a broker selling to buy back cheaper from a placement,a type of short sale.
