Its pretty much a cooling off period like when you buy a car but instead of 2 days they have made it 31 days, Yes a contract has been drawn up but no deposit and no signature which mean the party Varm Cosmo can change thier mind and conditions, they might be shopping around for other offers/suppliers in the mean time, pure speculative as we speak.
