This is a strong buy at these levels and that report from yesterday confirms it. 40% of sales through Wechat is massive growth in 3-6 months. The company is fully funded, with over $14mln in cash and has proven they are keen and capable of executing new growth initiatives and acquisitions. An IF acquisition will see this double over night, IMO of course. Yes the stock looks expensive on certain metrics, but that's the risk you take for the reward on offer.
