    thanks but still non the wiser, talk of the 40MW just dried up with no clarification from the coy. Is it in or out and what are the course of events leading up to a 400MW power plant?

    Personally I don't see the point of running a 40MW first, unless funding is an issue and CXY wants something to show off as a marketing show piece (NB funding is no longer an issue) as Calorific values of the gas and proving up the UCG tech can be achieved without placing a boiler and steam turbine over the hole.
