Since CWY is contracted by councils (VIC, NSW, QLD and SA) to collect and dispose waste. These contracts are long (25 to 50 years). Although thin margins but there is money.
..
On other hand, BinGo (BIN) is in Waste Concrete and Building Waste management which is more seasonal.
