I have been following the development of Barrenjoy too. One thing I couldn’t find was whether there are any “guaranties “from MFG in addition to publish investment you have described. As mentioned if something like Babcock & Brown happens again, can MFG just walk away without any further capital injections. As it is a seperate company I would imagine they can, but not sure whether there can be other underlying undertakings. If anyone knows please let us know.
