Mick, once Beibu gulf is in full production 20,000 barrels of oil a day of which 20% goes to ROC 4,000 barrels a day which is $450,000 a day to ROC or $165M to ROC a year at current brent prices. With Malaysia and current oil production our NPAT in 2014 could be $200M a year, with more potential upside from other discoveries and contracts, so $1.20 share price in 2014 is not out of the question.
