NWE takeover by MIN
"Norwest Energy NL said on Tuesday it had agreed to an improved A$497 million (offer from Mineral Resources Ltd (MinRes) to buy the remaining stake in the oil and gas company."
Min already owned 19.9% therefore the enterprise value (including MIN's 19.9%) was $621 million.
NWE's stake in the well was only 20%.
TEG's Booth interest is 50%
