Wow just wow. I have never seen such a poorly thought out post. Everyone here is aware that SBB does not own 400 stand alone stores. A large amount of their sales counters are within department stores. Just like the cosmetic shops within David Jones and Myer. We are also aware that SBB owns only about 80 of these stores direct and the others are authorised distributors. Now all that needs to talk for itself is the revenues and profit figures which had you bothered to look you would know are $88 million.
SBB is not a wholesaler. Another absolute fallacy. It creates its own brand and then has it distributed through authorised resellers and company owned stores. Wholesalers do not create their own clothing labels.
Finally how is it astounding that this floated with a $94 million market cap? The thing was floated with a PE of just under 7 hardly astounding at all. Paying $94 million for a business with $88 million in revenues and 13.9 million in profits is not astounding at all. Well maybe it is, its astounding good value.
Again you have done absolutely no research and are just coming here to post assumptions and bait holders.
