Its probably worth doing regardless of the return . The Aust Govt agencies,....Asic, ASX ,ACCC etc are pretty useless but the Administrator will have more motivation and be more likely to uncover the cesspool and determine what stroke the various rats were swimming.
If this was happening in the US , the culprits would have been identified, charged and in custody by now, as was Bernie Madoff and a long list of others going all the way back to Mike Milken and Ivan Boesky.Unfortunately this is Oz and we will have to wait for years for anything to happen, the lawyers will have a field day, and maybe there will be some low level charges laid ,....like week-end detention.
