    i think people have not understood this company's negatives. growing the no of cattle has zero correlation with earnings. it has grown cattle by 50,000 over prospectus yet profits over half of prospectus. i dont understand the mis placed optimism. the company has repeatedly lied to its investors.

    re timing of shipment, this wont benefit FY17 as margins will continue to contract.

    re Wellard has lots of room for growth over the years ..

    growth in what? cattle numbers or profits? with margins declining in australia, its main operations, this wont mean higher profits and as stephcn pointed out, there arent enough numbers of cattle in aus to ship higher volumes at a good margin anymore.

    brazil isnt even proven, the infrastructure/logistics isnt even there.
