You are correct, no one can force you to have the vaccine. But then no one should force employers to employ the unvaccinated or force the majority of a vaccinated workers to work alongside someone unvaccinated and share the tearooms with them. If we're going to have "freedom" lets have freedom for everyone. Like Setka said, go and pick fruit. Assuming that farmers want you there unvaccinated because they also want their freedom to employ who they want. No one is forcing you to work in construction if you don't want to get vaccinated but if you like being in construction you have the choice of getting vaccinated or start your own construction business and see how much business you'll get and the premiums insurance will charge you for Workers Comp if unvaccinated.
