interesting article in the SMH/business today, apparently there was an off take agreement with BHP when it was WMC resources, before it was sold to niagara, ie now pos..............pos either sells the nickel to BHP or has to pay a royalty if it sells to another party, (hence the deal with fmg did not go ahead) the royalty is currently worth $840,000 at 1%, based on estimated 4200 tonnes at $20,000 per tonne..equal to $84,000,000..mill per annum.........it seems thats equivalent to consolidated minerals current tonnes and prices............
expected to start production late next year, oh and csm expecting to increase its production to 15,000 tonnes pa............
very interesting story unfolding
