Higher cost producers will most benifit rise in POG... for instance:
If companies (low cost producer) producing gold at margins of $1000oz and POG rises $300oz, thats extra 30% cash flow... earnings rise by 30%!
On the other hand if a companies producing gold at margins of $300oz and POG rises same amount of $300oz, thats extra 100% cashflow... earnings rise by 100%!
I have no position yet in RSG, but the upside seems massive in current gold surging enviroment, whopping 400000oz producer means little rise in POG equals massive rise in cashflow...
Will be buying soon, just waiting for more panic selling... only stock im interested in at the moment...
