Nah, I doubt they will have that much in cash by end of June 16. My estimate/crystal ball suggests around the $350m mark, maybe a fraction less.
Regardless, that is a heap of cash.
Threat of perceived lazy Balance Sheet exists. However, I reckon the NST Board will not allow that to happen and there is something cooking. The Plutonic sale/no sale might be the catalyst that provides an indicator to next moves or capital management initiatives.
Return of capital to share holders can't be dismissed, but I would much prefer that NST continue investing in growth. I don't care whether it is organic or by acquisition. I can't get an ROE of over 30% consistently like this company so go for it NST.
