    Agree Panhead,I think you may be right that management underestimated costings.
    I also agrree with you about a possible looming share consolidation, and this to me is the main reason I am trying to get out, apart from the last CR announcement which is highly dilutive as I am not prepared to put more money here.
    This IMO is why the stock now is where it is, fear of share consolidation for a company of this size are rarely positive.
    Hope I am wrong and good luck to us holders.
