    I don't see what the problem of a share consolidation is.
    If you have 20,000,000 shares @ .007 = $140000
    They decide to consolidate to 1 share for every 10 held,
    you will then have 2,000,000 @.07 = $140000

    You have the same value and company goes from 1.3b shares to 130m, what's the problem?
