Its certainly been a while since they completed the resource definition drilling, but it hasn't been that long since the BFS was completed. What they said some months ago was that they had received submissions on offtake and finacing and would be considering it in June. They didn't say when they would sign of the dotted line.

The lastest quarterly update says that timing of first production won't be delayed as they are setting the wheels in progress by appointing mining engineers and contractors. To be able to fund the startup of construction and still meet that timeline for production you would expect agreements ...soon, or shortly, or even imminently!!
