Yeah agree Hotty. The true value is in an approved medicine asap.
Even for those given Trofentide not placebo they are taken off it at the end of the trial, to great distress of the children and families. The only way to provide a lasting benefit is to get this approved in the shortest possible time.
The only thing a crossover might do is improve participant rates, but with the Rett Community on board and all the favorable results I think this won't be an issue.
