Fancypants...my ID is private, however I'm semi-retired managing my SMSF & doing some consulting when asked ! I got a science PhD(in 1973) then did research in AUS & o/seas. I was at Caltech in 1983 & became inspired by Silicon Valley. So, back in AUS, I started a business investing in & commercialising new technologies (incl. biotech). We invested to 'manage-up' new technologies & commercial value, then did numerous profitable 'deals/partnerships', mostly with o/seas companies (large & small). We tried a few start-ups here with only one significant success. In 2006, after being MD for about 20 years it was time to retire. There's much of course but hope this will do
So, I have a general view for NEU going forward but the Management & Board are in control & will choose the best path. If people are uncomfortable about investment risk, perhaps it's better to not to take such risk in the first place or to exit at an opportune time.
