On the 15th of Dec, there was still 405K shorted, 1% of the 40M shares. The number came down almost 200.000 in 2 weeks and seems to come down more if anything can be estimated from the activity on Wall Street yesterday and during the past 2 weeks. At the end of Oct, there were more than 800.000 shares shorted. So the trend looks to be good, IMO.
So, if this trend is an indicator of some positive news to get on a higher level, we are getting the news in 1-2 months. The most likely news will deal with phase 2 study and PBT2 deal with Big Pharma and the antibiotic-resistant fund.
