As to my assumption for payout by July (i.e. May if you are lucky but just as likely during June, I base this on previous experience with buy-outs and the time it seems to take from formal decision to when everything has been finally settled and the registry has processed everything and actually issued payment. You will note the imprecision of the company announcement in that they only state a month and not a specific date for either the Scheme Booklet or the vote. Plus, there are still some outstanding conditions to settle.

I did keep up, hence believing mid-June latest going by their announcements and a few days stretching here and there.

Announcement today updates schedule with 31/05/2018 as final implementation date (including payment)
