SW fair enuf...but
It is a LEGAL regquirement under IAEA rules governing civilian nuclear power to identify in RESEVE form where U fuel is going to come from.
Im not say BMN will be directly affected (tho it might) but this was exactly what precipitated the Uramin transaction. AREVA couldnt bid for Chinese reactors without a U reserve to service them, hence Trekoppje.
this is and will always be the driving force in the U market and is why i remain convinced BMN will get snapped up sooner rather than later.
