Sadly this was very predictable. A company doesn’t raise money at such a cheap price if it can be avoided and clearly there isn’t the institutional demand at a higher price. I’d also be surprised if the retail offer was filled.... there’s too many question marks about how the company has been it’s money.

As for the comments regarding legalisation of cannabis... legalisation almost always includes a limited amount to be grown by private citizens... I’m not convinced the margins would be great for recreational cannabis and there would be a significant supply available no less.
