Once the ex capital date is announced you will have to be a owner of the stock at that time. Owners of PBH at the ex capital payment date will then receive the amount been allocated x amount of shares they own. The SP will then drop by the amount been allocated as it is essentially the company withdrawing money from itself. who knows what the SP will be then. Hopefully back up to $1 will be nice. I think last time the SP drop 93 cents which was nice to see a payout and essentially a SP increase. Like a lot here we have lost a significant amount of money and will be nice to see this transaction sorted and allow us to concentrate on Aus and Canadian businesses Good luck all
