PBH sold their US business so no value to Stake in PBH for the US. Buy PBH for Canada, why spend the money on PBH for that--PBH doesn't have a sizable player base to warrant buying PBH for that and as for the PBH tech...that might be of interest to Stake but they also have their own tech which I'm sure they could deploy into Canada if need be. Only thing going for the PBH tech (IMHO) is that it is already deployed and approved which would give Stake speed to market, but would Stake really pay a premium for that.
