sounds harsh finishing there. Breaking down your figures further works better.
110 trips per day / 2 shifts = 55 loads per shift
2 trips per driver (3 would be achievable) per shift requires 28 trucks (55 loads / 2 trips per driver)
to hit 110 trips if behind is simple….. add another shift or get more trucks OR even better do both
