I can't blame the people leaving ndp. There are plenty of better opportunities around with the Dow on steroids.
As I've mentioned before, it looks like a solid company with good potential but its looking like the SP hasn't quite bottomed yet (.23-5 maybe) since there's not much in the way of buying support.
Forecast earnings for financial year 2010 is reasonable: EPS of 9.9c, growth of 15.1% and PE of 3.1 (all median).
Total debt = 93,453,000 of which $39,096,000 is short term debt (due within a year). The company current has $30,086,000 in net assets (total assets - total liabilities). Financing facilities through to 31 August 2010 untapped = $55,599,000, so prima facie, there doesnt really appear to be any issue with the debt.
I'm not a particularly long term holder, but this one, EHL and MAK are on my hold and accumulate lists; each company is in a strong financial position and/or with plenty of upside potential.
