someone please explain

Now as i see this company has been around the 2-13c mark for the last 8 years and has done very little in comparison to other companies over its life time. My uncle helped the float back in the last century :p so hes had hundreds of thousands of these shares for ages and made sweet FA. The opportunity cost of the money over that long period of time is huge!!!!

Now I'm a total noob at working out copper and gold values. Iron ore and oil are my normal stocks but AAR is intriguing.

Could someone please explain why this thing is supposedly so undervalued and why the market hasn't picked up on it.
As far as i can see how do investors know they won't be waiting for another 10+ years for anything to happen.

Is there a time line of future events for the company.
From what i see there is little to no promotion of the company. I'm a uni student with a bit of cash to invest and am looking for the short to medium term ie) 1 - 3 years. Some one please explain to me why AAR would be a good choice! Im trying to understand the resource figures to KP but i am totally lost!
