Well finally the professional downramper is spotted. Good riddance to Gone no where aka Storm. May it happen again.
the clock is ticking now on when the outcome for the licenses will be announced. by official notification it should be very soon - but alas it is Africa.
A posative result should result in massive re-rating of TGS - and it seems management are confident of such an outcome.
