yes, i agree,. !!!
one CPH Share only for 0.395 RED light. it looks unfair. but do forget CPH Have more shares than RED LIGHT.
LESS Issued shares make the share price higher. CPH would not make $2, but red light maybe !!!.
merger will benefit both company, less competitor and more strength in the field.
right now we will focus on the red light share price . if it goes up , cph goes up too
