God so many people here have no idea what's going on.
Wrong, you do not get more TRIP shares even if those shares were to increase in value.
You get 0.395 TRIP shares for every 1 ordinary CPH share you own.
The value of your shares, once converted, will depend on the TRIP share price, obviously. However the amount of shares you will own will not change (unless you buy more CPH prior to the merger).
