The Red Light Holland Shares will continue to trade on the CSE and the Creso Pharma Shares and Creso Pharma Listed Options will continue to trade on the Australian Securities Exchange prior to the implementation of the Schemes. The Schemes are expected to be implemented in the third quarter of 2021, following the receipt of applicable regulatory approvals, shareholder and option holder approvals, the approval of the Supreme Court of Western Australia, and the satisfaction or waiver of other closing conditions.
Value will be generated for CPH SHs, in order to achieve confidence and support for the 75% yes vote on the merger.
