I would think so, but I don't believe we've been provided with all the detail as yet.
It would not surprise that once the transaction itself is done and dusted, there will then be several incentivising share/option issues to management (& various hangers on) of the new entity. For mine, if Everblu is removed out of the new entity completely, that's likely to be a very good thing.
I just think there'll be a lot of moving parts to this yet. I think it's good news overall, just want to see the detail to try and understand how it will all play out...
