Creso spend more time stuffing around with capital raising, structures and lawyers than they do selling their products !!! Jeez BHP lawyers are quieter than this lol the fact the price has gone nowhere kinda tells you it's not a great deal for shareholders. we don't need a 162 page document - just simple 2-3 pager to explain why it's a good thing and some numbers.
